Download MedKeep and get 7 days of full access — every feature, your whole family, no limits. A payment method is required to start the trial through the App Store or Google Play. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
During the 7-day trial you get full access, including PDF export and encrypted cloud backup. After the trial, everything you've added stays on your device, encrypted and viewable. Adding new family members, medications, vitals, visits or documents, along with PDF export, cloud backup and reminders, requires an active subscription.
If you subscribed during the trial, your chosen plan (Weekly, Monthly or Yearly) begins and you're billed automatically. If you cancel before the trial ends you won't be charged, and your account drops to the free tier with basic access.
Yes. You can change between the weekly, monthly and yearly plans at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you switch to a longer plan, the new billing starts at your next renewal date.
All billing is processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play as an in-app purchase. MedKeep never sees or stores your payment information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your data is always yours. It lives on your device, encrypted with AES-256. Cancelling doesn't delete anything — you keep all your existing records locally. Premium features like PDF export and cloud backup pause until you resubscribe, but nothing is ever removed.
